Vocal workshop for self-care, regulation, stress reduction. How can we ‘sink in’ and connect to the world around us, to our bodies, and our inner world? How can we heal with our own voice? Using sound exercises we will experience our belonging, and sense ourselves in new and profound ways, changing our states of being through music and breath.
Freedom to express ourselves & compose creatively! Develop new skills in order to begin or deepen your ability to compose spontaneously, without the need for theoretical knowledge, simply following your own impulse to create.
Deep listening & leadership! You will enhance your ability to understand the nuances of having a body that seeks to join in, a soul that seeks to paint the sky with notes, and a heart that seeks belonging.
Learn how to listen & lead through vulnerability, curiosity, and musicality!
Instructor Clare Hedin (CMC Voice faculty) is a very experienced facilitator, performer, healer & teacher, who bridges the worlds between energy, creativity, vulnerability, and discovery – all through music, sound, and silence. She will help you deal with any fear you have of taking risks in music and you will even have fun doing it – yes, it’s possible! Come and be in joyful community with your curiosity.
