Join the CMC Bayanihan Equity Center Choir, under the direction of Robin Estrada, for a free performance of Filipino classics from throughout the years—with a few American pop surprises—at the Mission Bay Branch of the San Francisco Public Library! Robin Estrada is a well known choral director and composer in the Bay Area, and ranks among the top talents in Philippine composition today, whose works are performed throughout the world. The Bayanihan Equity Center Choir is part of CMC’s Neighborhood Choir Program for Older Adults and Adults with Disabilities, a collaboration between Community Music Center and 15 Neighborhood and Senior Centers throughout the city. The tuition-free program is primarily supported by the San Francisco Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS).
