Motion: Circle Singing

Singing with MOTION is an interactive a cappella experience where the audience becomes part of the performance. Using only the human voice, performers create rich harmonies, rhythms, and soundscapes—no instruments, just pure vocal power. Through live engagement, call-and-response moments, and improvisation, each performance becomes unique, shaped by the energy and participation of the crowd.

MOTION: In 2021, Bobby McFerrin asked David Worm to bring together singers to play and improvise together. Bryan Dyer, David Worm and Destani Wolf have joined Bobby on stage, in the studio, creating songs in the moment, facilitating Circle singing, harmonizing and connecting their intuitive voices weekly for over 4 years as the band MOTION. They continue to perform and create vocal community space every Monday at Freight and Salvage in Berkeley.

Performed by: Bryan Dyer, Destani Wolf, David Worm
