CMC guitar student and Millennium School 8th grader Aditya Patil is presents a benefit concert to support the SF-Marin Food Bank!
“Music for Meals started because I wanted a way to help. Every day, when I walk around SF, I see so many people who need help, and I can never do anything. I started this project because I want to use my skills and talents to bring light to the struggles of the people in my city. For decades now, San Francisco has had a massive population of unhoused individuals. Many people suffer from this. But there are also ways to help these people. One organization is called the SF Marin Food Bank. They work hard to provide people with healthy, nutritious food every day. But they can’t do it without volunteers. You can volunteer in many ways, either Fundraising or going to their website and signing up to work at their different sites. This is why I decided to create this project. I am going to do my best to support my community.”
