Interested singers should email their name, song title, and timing (five minutes or less) to Jonathan Smucker at firstname.lastname@example.org by September 4th.
Embodiment & Expression for Musicians Demo Class with Sonja Riket
Are you experiencing tension, pain, discomfort or performance anxiety while you are singing or playing your instrument? Come to a demo with Sonja to explore how you can free yourself! If possible, bring your instrument.
This fall the full course Embodiment & Expression for Musicians will be offered by Sonja Riket, Somatic Movement Therapist, who is a certified Feldenkrais® and Body-Mind Centering® teacher. You will learn to find more ease and expression to improve the quality and longevity of your musical life.
