With the advice of the City of San Francisco and our partners, we have decided to reschedule Field Day for Saturday and Sunday, June 6th and 7th, here at the Mission District Branch of CMC. Young Musicians Program Ensembles will do their Field Day Performances on May 30 as part of their regularly scheduled recital. If you are a scheduled performer at Field Day, our staff members will reach out to you to discuss scheduling options for our new dates. For immediate questions, contact Adriana Merrero at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Enjoy an extravaganza of music and community at Field Day! Field Day is CMC’s annual open house and a two-day Performathon, raising money for scholarships and tuition assistance, and celebrating our beloved institution and the visionary founder behind it, Gertrude Field.

The Field Day Performathon is like a walkathon. CMC students and faculty sign up to perform and ask family, friends, neighbors, and/or local businesses to sponsor them by donating. All donations go directly to CMC scholarships and tuition assistance program. Performathon participants can either collect donations online or pick up a packet at the Mission Branch or Richmond District Branch that includes a donation form.
1. Perform solo or with an ensemble. (Ensembles can be CMC classes, pick-up groups formed for the day, or your own group!)
2. Join the audience and come to the open house.
