Richmond District Branch Virtual Student Recitals – Fall Quarter

CMC Richmond District Branch will host virtual recitals this Fall Quarter where we’ll be celebrating student performances online. We love seeing our students shine on the virtual stage and shine the spotlight on all their hard work!

For Richmond District Branch Students:

Online Recitals via Zoom:
Sunday, December 5th at 10:30 am
Sunday, December 5th at 1:00 pm
Sunday, December 12th at 10:30 am
Sunday, December 12th at 1:00 pm (adult students only)

Richmond District Branch Students interested in participating:

  • Talk to your CMC teacher and they will sign you up (sign-up deadline is Wednesday, November 24) They’ll work with you to help you get your piece ready for the limelight.
  • Once you’re signed up you’ll submit your performance recording. The link to upload will be shared once you’ve registered. Make sure your phone/device is recording on landscape (horizontal) mode.
  • Please keep your performance limited to up to 3 pieces totaling  no more than 10 minutes so everyone has a chance to participate.
  • We require that all performers be present to perform their piece and then stay for the entire recital to support others.


Mission District Branch Students

CMC Mission District Branch will be hosting in-person and virtual recitals on December 4–5 and December 11–12. Click here for more information about participating.


Community Music Center prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of our students, staff, and community members. We adhere to all CDC guidelines and local policies, and continue to closely monitor information from public health officials. Please be aware that events are subject to change to follow these protocols.

CMC Concert Hall Health and Safety Regulations:
– We will be allowing for 50 audience members during each in- person recital. Guests will be required to RSVP.
– Proof of vaccination will be required for all performers and guests 18+ years of age.
– All performers and guests will be masked.
– Adult Wind performers (18+) will be able to perform in person if using PPE (wind mask and bell cover).
– Students who do not have proof of vaccination or who play winds are welcome to participate in CMC’s online recital.
