Toured the US, Europe and Canada with the Billy Tipton Memorial Saxophone Quartet. Appeared at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, with the Montclair Women’s Big Band. Has played in rock, pop, and blues bands in addition to jazz, swing, and classical ensembles.

I am open to helping students learn various styles of music. Bring in some sheet music or a recording, and I will help you learn your favorite piece! I enjoy teaching improvisation and playing by ear as well as music reading. I believe it’s never too late to start (or return to) playing music, and I welcome beginners and more advanced players.

Exam preparation: Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (British)
